hmm, do you mean a specific time you set aside for the purpose, or just a spontaneous outpouring where you suddenly call and email people you care about just to say hey? I make a lot of spontaneous phone calls and emails (I'm sure you've noticed). I like telling people I love them - it makes everybody feel good. And it can definately be born of procrastination... I am an amaaaaazing procrastinator.

You never know what a given day is going to bring, right? I decided years ago to make sure the people I loved knew it... you never know if/when you'll have the chance to say it again.
